REGULATIONS UNDER THE CANNED FRUITS EXPORT

CONTROL ACT 1926-1938.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Canned Fruits Export Control Act 1926-1938.

Commencement

2.(1.) Paragraph (d) of regulation 1 of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1947,

(2.) Paragraphs (a) and (b) of regulation 1 of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the twenty-eighth day of August, 1947.

(3.) Paragraphs (c) and (e) of regulation 1 of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the seventh day of October, 1948.

(4.) Paragraph (f) of regulation 1 of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the fourteenth day of July, 1949.
