HIGH COURT OF AUSTRALIA.

Rules of Court.*

As of Wednesday the eleventh day of June, 1947.

PURSUANT to the Judiciary Act 1903-1946 and to all other powers thereto enabling it is ordered as follows:—

That Part II. of the Rules of this Court be amended in the manner hereinafter appearing:—

Rule 5 of Section III. is amended by omitting the words “if the appeal is from a judgment given or made before the commencement of the Judiciary Act 1903,”.

Rule 1 of Section V. is amended by inserting after the words “Original Jurisdiction” the following words “including any rules relating to the enlargement or abridgement of time for doing any act or taking any proceeding.”
