REGULATION UNDER THE DEFENCE (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1946.*

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence (Transitional Provisions) Act 1946.

Amendment of the National Security (General) Regulations.†

Disposal of dead bodies.

Regulation 37‡ of the National Security (General) Regulations is amended by inserting in sub-regulation (6.), after the word “Unit”, the words “or the Secretary-General of the Anzac Agency of the Imperial War Graves Commission”.
