REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1943.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Security Act 1939-1943.

National Security (Regulations Repeal) Regulations (No. 6).

Citation.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Security (Regulations Repeal) Regulations (No. 6).

Repeal of certain Regulations.

2.— (1.) The National Security (Tobacco Rationing) Regulations are repealed.

(2.) This regulation shall come into operation on the first day of April, 1946.

Miscellaneous amendments or repeals.

3. The Regulations specified in the first column of the Schedule to these Regulations are amended or repealed as respectively specified in the second column of that Schedule.
