REGULATION UNDER THE DAIRY PRODUCE EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1924-1938.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL, in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Dairy Produce Export Control Act 1924-1938.

Amendment of the Dairy Produce Export Control (Staff) Regulations.†

After regulation 5b of the Dairy Produce Export Control (Staff) Regulations the following regulation is inserted:—

Gratuity.

5c. The Board may pay to any dependant of an officer who dies after he has had more than fifteen years’ continuous service with the Board and the Dairy Produce Control Board such sum as the Minister, after recommendation by the Board, determines.”.
