An Act to authorize the Expending of a certain Sum of Money.

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—
Short title.
1. This Act may be cited as the Loan Fund Expenditure Act 1933.
Issue and application of £810,000.
2. There may be issued and applied out of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund kept in pursuance of the Audit Act 1901-1926, the sum of Eight hundred and ten thousand pounds for the purposes set forth in the Schedule to this Act.
