REGULATIONS UNDER THE DAIRY PRODUCE EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1924.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, do hereby make the following Regulations under the Dairy Produce Export Control Act 1924, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of Dairy Produce Export Control (Election of Board) Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1925, No. 23, as amended to this date.)

1. Regulation 3 of the Dairy Produce Export Control (Election of Board) Regulations, is amended—

(a) By omitting from the definition of “officer” the word “Customs”, and inserting in its stead the words “the Department of Markets and Migration”; and

(b) By inserting at the end thereof the following definition: —“The Minister” means the Minister for Markets and Migration.

2. Regulation 23 of the Dairy Produce Export Control (Election of Board) Regulations, is amended by omitting from the heading thereto the words “Election of Representatives” (wherever occurring) and inserting in their stead the words “Election of two Representatives”.

3. Regulation 24 of the Dairy Produce Export Control (Election of Board) Regulations, is amended by inserting in the heading thereto, after the words “Election of”, the word “one”.
