REGULATION UNDER THE LAND TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 1910-1916.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Land Tax Assessment Act 1910-1916, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of Land Tax Regulations 1912.
(Statutory Rules 1912, No. 141, as amended to this date.)
Regulation 23 of the Land Tax Regulations is amended by adding the end thereof the following sub-regulation:—
“(2) Any person who fails to send a notice in accordance with this regulation shall be guilty of an offence against these Regulations.
Penalty: Ten pounds.”
