An Act to grant and apply a sum out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ending the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and eighteen for the purposes of Additions, New Works, Buildings, &c., and to appropriate such sum.

Preamble.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives, as follows:—

Short title.

 1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Works and Buildings) Act 191718.

Issue and application of £1,267,617.

 2. The Treasurer may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and apply towards making good the supply hereby granted to His Majesty for the service of the year ending the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and eighteen the sum of One million two hundred and fifty-seven thousand six hundred and seventeen pounds.

Appropriation.

 3. The said sum granted by this Act is appropriated for the purposes and services set forth in the Schedule.
