PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1915.
Regulations for Universal Training, Part III., Senior Cadets,—Regulation 57—Amendment.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1915 should come into immediate operation, and further should be taken to have come into operation on and from the first day of July, 1915, and make the Regulation to come into operation accordingly as a Provisional Regulation.

Amendment,
Regulation 57.—Paragraph (1) is cancelled and the following substituted therefor:—
(1) An allowance (subject to provision being made by Parliament) may be paid to officers within the authorized establishments to make good the expenses necessary in the provision of rank badges, drill books, accoutrements, and all other incidental expenses—

Second in command of Company | At the rate of £5 per annum. |
Other officers.................. | At the rate of £3 per annum. |
