PROVISIONAL REGULATION UNDER THE ESTATE DUTY ASSESSMENT ACT 1914.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that the following Regulation under the Estate Duty Assessment Act 1914 should, on account of urgency, come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

Regulation 6 of The Estate Duty Assessment Regulations 1915 (Statutory Rules 1915, No. 14) is repealed, and the following Regulation inserted in its stead:—
6. The Return shall be furnished by the administrator within three months after the death of the person in respect of whose estate he is the administrator, or within such further time as is allowed by the Commissioner.
