PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903–1912.

Amendment to Entrance Examination for the Royal Military College Regulations.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903–1912, should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

REGULATIONS FOR THE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION TO THE ROYAL MILITARY COLLEGE OF AUSTRALIA.

Part IV.—Regulations for the Physical and Medical Examination.

Amendment.

Paragraph (1) of Regulation 4, viz.:—

“If the candidate is not of pure European descent, the fact should be recorded by the Board,”

is amended to read:—

“If the candidate is not substantially of European descent, the fact should be recorded by the Board.”
